This newly-created full time position offers the qualified professional an outstanding opportunity to establish and implement fundraising and development efforts for a law-related Foundation.

This position will direct the Ohio State Bar Foundation's development efforts for Board, staff and volunteers; direct and oversee an effective and responsive donor relations program; cultivate relationships; prepare and implement all fundraising plans and programs; develop budget projections and recommend fundraising goals.

Headquartered in Columbus, the Ohio State Bar Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) organization with assets of more than $25 million. The Foundation is the charitable affiliate of the Ohio State Bar Association and is the recognized forum for civic minded lawyers in Ohio. Candidates will have a minimum of three or more years of relevant fundraising experience with particular experience developing and implementing an annual campaign and/or creating a development structure. A Bachelor's degree is required, masters is preferred; CFRE, Foundation and planned giving expertise desirable; experience working with lawyers a plus. This position works as a colleague, supports the Foundation's Development Committee and reports to the Executive Director.
