The Fundraising Effectiveness Project annual survey indicates that nonprofits are losing nearly as many donors and gifts as they gain each year. The focus of this comprehensive 4-hour workshop is on developing a donor retention plan based on what research indicates really works.  It shows the value of tracking overall gains and losses in gifts and donors – and then using that information to develop cultivation strategies to improve donor retention. 1. with budgets under $1,000,000 (morning session, 8am-12 noon)
2. with budgets over $1,000,000 (afternoon session, 1pm – 5pm)
