For many professionals with ADHD or other types of neurodivergence\, the typical advice given or strategies taught to achieve these skills are completely useless; powering through a tough to-do list\, setting self-imposed deadlines\, or doing the hardest task first can feel impossible for someone whose brain works differently. \nJoin Natalie Dunn-Billings\, CFRE (a professional fundraiser with ADHD) and Jason Duffield\, LPCC (a therapist and mental health specialist trained to support neurodivergent brains) to talk about why traditional workplace strategies don’t always work\, and what might work better. Cocktails & Calamities offers a safe and reflective space for members and guests to learn from other professionals in a networking and panel environment. You’ll learn not just what happened\, but the whys\, how they handled it\, and retrospective lessons learned. \nOur 2025 slate of speakers includes: \n \n  \nRegister \nAppetizers and drinks will be provided to each attendee! \nWhere: Grange Insurance Audubon Center\, 505 W Whittier St\, Columbus\, OH 43215\nWhen: July 8\, 2025 from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m.\nPre-party: For new members (2 years or less) and retirees from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.\nCost: Attendance is $15 for members and $20 for guests \nRegistration deadline: Monday\, July 7th\, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. \nPending approval for 1.25 CFRE CE credits. \nDue to space limitations\, registration is limited to first come\, first served\, and pre-registration is required. \nThe first 30 minutes will be dedicated to networking. The program will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.
