This interactive session features candid conversations with four dynamic women who will share what truly motivates their giving\, what catches their attention\, and how nonprofits can stand out in meaningful ways. Moderated by Dawn Robinson of Cramer & Associates and grounded in insights from the Women’s Philanthropy Institute\, this session will equip you with practical strategies to engage and inspire the women donors in your portfolio authentically. \nREGISTER\n🎙️ About the Speakers \n    \n  \nREGISTER \n  \n\nPending approval for 1.25 CFRE credits.\nDue to space limitations\, registration is limited to first come\, first served.\nPre-registration required and the registration deadline is Friday\, March 20th at noon.\n\nThe first 30 minutes are dedicated to networking. DESCRIPTION:Join Us for Central Ohio AFP’s Inaugural Book Club!\nREGISTER \nWe’re excited to announce a new program for the Central Ohio fundraising community: a book club! Gather together with your fellow fundraisers to discuss books (and other publications) that inspire\, educate\, and encourage. \nFor our first book\, join us in reading The Serviceberry\, by Robin Wall Kimmerer. This extended essay by an Indigenous scientist and author is a thought-provoking examination of reciprocity\, gift economy\, and gratitude. It challenges us\, as representatives of the public sector\, to consider the ethics of wealth distribution and how community fills in the gaps left by government systems. \nWe will be gathering to talk about this first selection on March 27th\, 2026 at the Main Library. The conversation will be moderated by Natalie Dunn-Billings\, current VP of Finance for the chapter. This will be a casual\, round-table discussion and all are welcome to participate. \nRegistration is free\, but space is limited\, so please reserve your spot below. \nREGISTER \nFAQs:\nQ: Do I need to buy the book?\nA: You do not need to buy the book; you do not need to bring a copy to the group discussion. You can borrow it from a friend\, share with a fellow fundraiser\, or get a copy from your local library! Otherwise\, all you need is yourself and your favorite FLD (Fun Little Drink).
