Website Move To PROSPER
Move to PROSPER seeks to hire a member of our Fundraising team who is a part-time contract professional (5-8 hours/week) to help us track and thank donors and to build a social media presence to attract more potential donors.
Process weekly new donor data entry, including pledges.
Create, print and mail thank-you letters.
Answer email sent to public inboxes with excellent communication and customer service.
Create, post and monitor social media presence.
Occasional other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements for Donor Outreach Coordinator:
Highly attentive to details; demonstrates excellent organization and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of similar experience preferred, one year required, with social media and database entry (Bloomerang preferred),
Familiarity with office software required, experience with Google Workspace preferred
Ability to work independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Requires minimal supervision to complete job responsibilities
Pass a background check
Sign a confidentiality agreement
Work as an independent contractor, setting own hours
Job Working Condition:
Work from home exclusively
Job Reports To:
$17.50/hour billed monthly
