This important conversation explores how biases affect nonprofit decision-making in areas such as hiring, promotions, marketing and stakeholder engagement. Participate in one of three small-group discussions to understand implicit associations and how to mitigate this unconsciousness.

Registration is currently open ONLY FOR AFP MEMBERS – If there is room to accommodate non-members, guest registration is $40.

This unique opportunity is limited to 40 participants per session; first-come-first-served.
The same 90-minute program will be offered three times on April 10.

Onsite check-in opens 20 minutes before each program.
Programs will begin promptly.

Session 1
8:00am-9:30am
Light refreshments will be served.

Session 2
11:00am-12:30pm
Light refreshments will be served, guests are welcome to bring their own brown bag lunch.

Session 3
3:00pm-4:30pm
Light refreshments will be served.

Registration Fee:
$20 per AFP member.
If there is room to accommodate non-members, guest registration is $40.

Registration will close as each session is filled.
Absolutely no late RSVPs or walk-ins will be accommodated for this program.

AFP Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing by April 3 are eligible for a full refund.
For this program, cancellations received after April 3 will not be eligible for refunds and you can send substitute guests only if they are also AFP current members.
