An angry major donor threatened never to give to your organization again. A colleague or board member misrepresents data that puts you in an awkward position. What do you do? You attend this year’s event in July, filled with social and educational time, laughter and stories. You’ll have the chance to learn from professional fundraisers how they handled their own calamity situation, and pick up some great tips for how to deal with any that come your way.
