This session will look at strategic planning methods designed for non-profits. Strategic planning is the opportunity to co-create the future of your organization with donors, board members, and constituents by engaging them in the planning process. It’s a chance for you to shape the vision you’ll be fundraising for in the next 3 to 5 years. And it’s also an opportunity to show the board the role of fundraising in your organization’s vision for the future.

This session will also look at how to put the plan into action. It will discuss the through-line from planning to fundraising with key metrics, systems, and operational practices. It will review the quantifiable measurements and targets that provide the necessary data to accomplish your plan.
