Introducing Megan Murphy… 

Throughout her career, Megan Murphy, has been drawn to organizations who strive to make a difference. Whether that is fighting premature birth, ensuring children have access to the best medical care or aligning individuals passions with something important at their alma mater - being part of something bigger and making a difference matters to her. 

Megan is the Digital Fundraising Specialist in the Office of Annual Giving at The Ohio State University Alumni Association. She oversees the digital fundraising strategy and digital tools to connect Buckeye Nation and friends to what matters most to them. Prior to her role at Ohio State, she worked at the March of Dimes as a fundraiser and on the interactive marketing team at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

During Megan’s tenure at Ohio State, she has expanded digital fundraising by implementing various peer to peer tools such as crowdfunding, personal fundraising, text-to-donate, among various other tools.

She holds two degrees from The Ohio State University, a Bachelors in Communication and a Masters of Education.
