Bridgeway Academy and Therapy Center is seeking a full time Director of Advancement. The Director of Advancement leads the Advancement Department and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer(s), Board of Trustees and leadership team to oversee and manage all aspects of Bridgeway’s resource development program.

DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT 

In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer(s), will assist the Board in establishing and implementing and coordinating successful fundraising strategies.
Strategize and direct the Advancement Office team priorities which include: fund development, marketing and external communication of the organization.
Evaluate giving trends of individual donors and make recommendations about giving requests.
Track fundraising revenue; compile income status and variance reports as requested.
Develop collaborative partnerships with other organizations, families, funders and community organizations.
Conduct face to face to face solicitations.
Maintain prospecting, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding lists.
Identify opportunities for communication about the organization, internally and externally, and collaborate on all communication strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 7+ years of work experience in relevant fundraising activities and a proven track record of accomplishment in this area.

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
