Bridging the Knowing-Doing Gap Presented by Cynthia B. Anderson, MBA, CFRE

Join Cynthia B. Anderson, MBA, CFRE, for a program designed to help you move from stewing in “what you know” to DOING what you know you should be DOING. You can produce more results, more efficiently—come learn how!

As fundraisers, we know what we should be doing with our time, but yet can’t seem to get anything done. If we’re so well trained and so well informed, then why aren’t we a lot more effective?

The “Knowing-Doing Gap” describes the obstacle many organizations face to achieving individual and team goals. Despite professionals with formidable experience and competent leadership skills, many organizations know what they should be doing, but aren’t actually producing the results.
