We will discuss essential best practices and focus on how you can incorporate care, respect, honesty and inclusivity into your genuine leadership approach. You will also learn to how to connect your personal leadership brand with your organization’s purpose, culture, and values.

This presentation will be geared toward mid to advanced fundraising professionals in leadership positions, while everyone is welcome to attend.

Kate Higgins, PHR, is an independent human resource professional.  During her twenty-year career, she has worked with dynamic organizations ranging from start-ups to global enterprises.  Kate has served as an HR partner to an array of organizations across industries and ownership structures.  She is widely viewed by clients in Central Ohio as a valued and trusted business partner.
