Your Next Donor is Already in Your Database. Really? Where?

It’s true, your best donors are already in your database. Great. So, who are they? How much could they give? And, what if your database is a bit of a beast? A professional fundraiser’s successful relationship management demands a viable donor pipeline. Additionally, the role of prospect development is to feed that pipeline. This session will explore common ways that many organizations actually opt out of prospect development and easy ways to opt in to building a robust pipeline.

You will learn how to assess your current prospecting practices and learn practical tips that you can easily apply to your database to improve prospect identification and moves management. Find your next best donor!

“Major Gift Officers & Data Pros: Can We All Just Get Along?”

We share the same mission and we all love big gifts. But, too often, gift officers and prospect development teams find themselves at odds, passing the proverbial side eye across the strategy table. This interactive workshop offers space to candidly confront this disconnect and identify strategies to create a culture of collaboration, inclusion and equity among colleagues.

In this session you will actively learn how to identify real-life solutions for improving working relationships across the advancement team. This is for members or both small and large development shops.
