“Cocktails and Calamities”

In every fundraising professional’s life, there comes a time when best intentions go awry.  An event flopped.  An angry major donor threatened never to give to your organization again.  A colleague or board member misrepresents data that puts you in an awkward position.

What do you do?

You attend this FREE event in July, filled with social and educational time, laughter and stories. You’ll have the chance to learn from professional fundraisers on how they handled their own calamity situation and pick up some great tips on how to deal with any that come your way.

Stories will be shared by these distinguished professionals:

Jodi Bopp, CFRE

Pat Camp

Stephanie Christie

Chris Norman, CFRE

David Precise

Mike Schmidt, CFRE

Laurie Beth Sweeney, CFRE

Clinton Travis

Kay Wilson

Beginning with a TED talk format, you’ll hear a one-minute teaser from each. Then you’ll get to choose three of the presenters to find out “the rest of the story” during rotating roundtable discussions.

Appetizers and a first drink are on us.  Cash bar for the rest of the evening.
