April 19 Diversity & Inclusion Breakfast

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals is pleased to announce our next Breakfast Club program.

 

We are asking members and guest to come and share in a panel discussion on

Diversity in Philanthropy

and the issues related to being culturally aware

of the needs of donors of diverse backgrounds. 

 

This meeting is a free and casual conversational learning and sharing opportunity.

for our AFP D&I Breakfast Club gathering featuring:

 

 Subha Lembach is a graduate of Cornell University and Fordham University School of Law. Subha’s experience in diversity and inclusion includes past experience chairing the CASA of Franklin County Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Childhood League’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and several years of service on the Association of Junior  League International Diversity and Inclusion Committee.    

 

 Stephen Francis was appointed the first ever Chief Diversity Officer for the City of Columbus in January 2016. As Chief Diversity Officer, Steve Francis is in charge of implementing and communicating the diversity and inclusion vision, commitment and strategy of Mayor Andrew J. Ginther.

 

Todd Corley is the founder of The TAPO Institute, an advisory group focusing on the generationally-driven shift in beliefs and values that has redefined the meaning of “inclusive” leadership. His insights on diversity and inclusion have been sharpened by an unparalleled body of work and influenced by overseeing an enterprise-wide large scale change initiative that impacted the lives of hundreds-of-thousands of Millennials (Gen Y) and iGens (Gen Z), in an organization led by Xers, Boomers and Traditionalists.

 

Program is free and open to AFP Members and Guests. A light breakfast will be served.  The doors at 7:00AM for a 7:30-8:30 program, followed by networking and questions until 9:00.
