“The Engagement Experience”

Why is customer service vital to the success of gaining and retaining donors? Each point on the engagement journey is an opportunity to make their experience exceptional. This program highlights why great guest service is necessary and offers ideas and best practices to ensure great service. Take a new perspective on donor relations to focus on how external messaging impacts loyalty and our ability to fundraise for mission impact.

When you register online you will receive two immediate emails – a Confirmation and a Receipt.
If you do not receive these emails, you are not registered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing by the RSVP deadline are eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds as we will have already made a commitment to purchase your meal. You may, however, send a substitute guest.
