Some boards are in disarray crying, “the sky is falling!” while others may be overly optimistic, burying their collective heads in the sand, hoping the crisis will pass. During this virtual meet-up we’ll discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of how our boards are handling this crisis, how to help them now, and how to strengthen our boards for the future in the midst of a global pandemic.
