The fundraising profession is not immune to incidents of sexual harassment.  The Chronicle of Philanthropy, in partnership with AFP, released 2018 Harris Poll survey results concluding fundraisers often face issues of sexual harassment on the job.

How do you navigate being placed in vulnerable situations by an abuse of power? Where do you draw the line when donors ask too much of you?

Join Central Ohio fundraisers to discuss “Fundraisers, Donors, and the #MeToo Movement.”  Our conversation will look deeper into The Chronicle of Philanthropy national survey results, hear from a local expert on Ohio sexual violence, and discuss ethical challenges and power dynamics faced by fundraisers.

Presenters:

Timothy Sandoval, Reporter, The Chronicle of Philanthropy

Rosa Beltre, Executive Director, Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence
