“Questions to Start Gift Planning Conversations”

Conversations about planned gifts can be awkward, because many donors are uncomfortable discussing plans for after they are deceased. However there are many ways to gently guide a conversation towards the topics of legacy and making a lasting impact. Our speaker will share a series of questions to engage donors in conversations about their life transitions, values, non-cash assets, and what they want to accomplish with their philanthropy. Stories of how these questions led to charitable gifts from both the speaker and the audience will prepare you for having these conversations with your donors.
