Concord is seeking a Marketing & Development Manager or Director who is responsible for the organizations’ execution of marketing, development, outreach, and advocacy for all of Concord’s programs. Working closely with the Executive team, this staff assists with the production and oversight of internal and external marketing strategies; develops, creates and manages the creation, implementation, and assessment of several marketing mediums including (but not limited to) printed materials, newsletters, social media, website, patient forms, and press releases.
This is a full-time position and job requirements include, but are not limited to:
·Overseeing the marketing and development efforts for all Concord programs.
·Accessing resources in our community for agency involvement and utilize these resources to meet identified needs of the agency and their consumers.
·Development and maintenance of social media sites and website design, creates, coordinates, and updates all marketing communication materials, including brochures, event programs, invitations, flyers, newsletters, press releases, etc.
·Assisting in executing communication/outreach activities and public relations for traditional marketing efforts (marketing materials, advertising, direct mail, marketing campaign, and press releases).
·Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field required. Candidates with 1 – 2 years’ experience preferred.
