We are lucky to have Jennifer Sconyers (bio below) present on Managing up, Sideways, and Everything in Between.

Jennifer Sconyers has spent almost two decades as a woman of color working as a leader of teams.  She’s learned to manage up, down and sideways, build teams from scratch, and inherit teams to make them peak performing.  Her career has spanned for-profit institutions in advertising, marketing and television, as well as working in political institutions in Washington DC, Maryland, and Ohio.
