and staff. 

Specially designed for Presidents, CEOs, Board Members,
and Executive Directors, this honest discussion will allow leadership to  gain specific tools to assist in building
an inclusive team.

The challenges and benefits of effectively addressing your constituency and impacting your institution’s comprehensive community by recruiting and retaining diverse board members, donors, and staff.   Through her decades of executive leadership experiences with major educational and cultural organizations and research, Cecile will outline how building a diverse internal and external team can help an organization reach your fundraising goals in the 21st Century.

 

Featured Presenter

Cecile is the founder and principal of the philanthropic advising firm Meaningful Giving.  She has more than 20 years of experience working with donors, volunteer leaders and grant making institutions as a non-profit executive.  She is a highly accomplished, knowledgeable philanthropy professional with extensive experience working with individuals and family foundations.  She has in-depth knowledge of charitable giving strategies, planned giving vehicles, estate planning, facilitating gifts and grants from donors to the non-profit institution of their choice.  She has held executive leadership positions with the University of Michigan, Chicago Children’s Museum, the Museum of Science and Industry, and Wayne State University.   Cecile has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, a graduate degree from the California Institute of the Arts and certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Management Institute.
