For seasoned professionals, good mentoring or leading your agency’s hiring process includes knowing current trends and issues. – Hear stories on the good, the bad and the ugly of interviewing – Soak up general tips on making your LinkedIn profile work for you – Learn how to update and modernize your resume to get noticed – Hear the Dos and Don’ts of job seeking from hiring managers who interview every day This session is a chance to ask questions and advice of those on the other side of the table. | |

Did you know the first thing many candidates do when they are scheduled for an interview is Google you? They look at organizational leadership as well as current employees. Regardless of where you are on your career path, it’s important to understand and relate to both sides of the interview table. You are all recruiters! In this session you will learn how to: – Soak up general tips on making your LinkedIn profile work for the organization you represent. – Understand why your LinkedIn profile should always be updated (even if you are NOT looking). – Get the best by utilizing tips on making your organization even more attractive to job seekers – for FREE. – Remember and plan because candidates are interviewing you as much as you are interviewing them.
